Terms and Conditions

All shipments are COD unless prepaid upon order placement or a credit application has been submitted and approved for terms. Any past due invoice 15 days delinquent will be charged a service fee of 1.5% per month. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00/check service fee or up to three times the face amount of the check. Should collection become necessary, the customer will be responsible for all collection and attorney's fees.

Prices and terms herein supersede all previous pricing. All prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Damage & Shortage Claims

Onki Corp. inspects all items before shipping to ensure quality and quantity shipped. Onki Corp. uses third party carriers for shipping. As such, it is the responsibility of the W/D or retailer to immediately inspect the items received at the time delivery. Any damage or shortage should be noted on the waybill when signing off on the delivery. For any concealed damage and/or shortage discovered after signing off, the W/D or retailer should immediately file a claim with the carrier within 24 hours after receiving the shipment. Onki Corp. shall not be held liable for any negligence on the part of the third party carrier. However, Onki Corp., within reasonable limits, will assist its W/D or retailer in getting the claim processed.

All shortages within original sealed Onki Corp. boxes must be reported to Onki Corp. within 7 days from receipt of shipment. Shorted items will be shipped free of charge by Onki Corp. using regular ground service, no air shipments. Or, a merchandize credit memo will be issued for the shortage applicable to the next order. W/D's and retailers should not deduct claimed shortages from the invoice payment.

Return Policy

All sales are final. For warranty claims, a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from Onki Corp. by the authorized W/D or retailer before returning any merchandize. The RMA# must be conspicuously written on the outside of the box. All return items must be freight prepaid. Any return without an RMA# or shipped freight collect will be refused by Onki Corp. Onki Corp. is the sole authority in deciding whether a claim is covered by warranty or not. All approved returns will be issued a merchandize credit memo applicable to the next order/s. No refund checks will be issued by Onki Corp. Products sold at special pricing and discontinued products may not be returned.

Refused Shipment

All refused shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus roundtrip shipping charges (when shipping charges are prepaid by Onki Corp.). Furthermore, clients that refuse shipment will be placed on prepaid terms.

Disclaimer

Onki Corp. products are designed as appearance upgrade accessories and should not be relied upon for vehicle protection in the event of a collision or rollover. Installation of Onki products may void the original vehicle warranty and may alter the original characteristics pertaining to crumple zones and airbag deployment programmed by the vehicle manufacturer. Onki Corp. assumes no liabilities as a result of altered original characteristics set by the vehicle manufacturer. The original purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities whatsoever resulting from the use of Onki products. Original purchasers are advised to check with their vehicle manufacturer, dealer, and local law enforcement agency prior to installing the product.

For towing purposes, the factory tow hook/s provided by the vehicle manufacturer should be used. At no time should a vehicle be towed using its Onki brush guard. Onki Corp. reserves the right to redesign or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Every effort has been made to avoid inaccuracies, misprinted text, typographical errors, etc. Onki Corp. shall not be held liable for any of these errors.
